Bendigo UFS Women’s Health Check Competition

Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

    The promoter is Bendigo UFS Pharmacies Ltd (ABN 51 087 822 268), Suite 2, 379 Hargreaves Street, Bendigo, Victoria, 3550.

  2. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to customers aged 18+ who book and attend a “Women’s Health Check” in the month of September, 2025.

    • Employees of Bendigo UFS Pharmacies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. Competition Period

    • The competition opens on 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm on 30 September 2025 ("Competition Period").

    • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  4. How to Enter

    To enter the draw, participants must:

    1. Book and attend a Women’s Health Check at the Bendigo UFS View Street Pharmacy between 1–30 September 2025

    2. One (1) entry will be automatically placed in the draw per completed Women’s Health Check.

  5. Prize

    • One (1) Maytopia Gift Voucher valued at $150.

    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  6. Draw & Notification

    • The draw will take place at 12pm on Monday 6th October at Bendigo UFS Pharmacies, Suite 2, 379 Hargreaves Street, Bendigo, Victoria, 3550.

    • The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.

    • The winner’s name may be published on the Bendigo UFS website and/or social media channels.

  7. Unclaimed Prize

    • If the prize remains unclaimed after 3 months from the draw date, Bendigo UFS reserves the right to conduct a redraw

  8. Privacy

  9. General Conditions

    • Bendigo UFS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

    • Bendigo UFS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

    • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Bendigo UFS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with this promotion or the prize.
