Collaborating for better health, together.

At Bendigo UFS, we partner with local organisations to collaborate and integrate services — ensuring the best possible outcomes for both patients and the wider community.

We believe in building a healthier community, together. Our partnerships are grounded in aligned values, shared purpose and a people-first approach. Together, we’re improving access, strengthening care, and supporting the wellbeing of those who call Greater Bendigo home.

Our Partners

Bendigo Foodshare’s Grow Cook Share initiative is transforming the way our community grows, shares, and values food. With a focus on engaging young people and culturally diverse communities, this program is building a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable food system for Greater Bendigo.

We are incredibly grateful to have Bendigo UFS Pharmacies as a foundation funder and valued partner of this important work.

Their generous support has helped bring to life key projects such as our Grow a Row campaign—which has delivered over 80,000kg of fresh, healthy produce into our food relief efforts—and the development of Golden Gums Farm, a space that builds food growing skills and community connection among young people and multicultural groups.

Together, we are creating a healthier community by improving access to local, culturally appropriate, and nutritious food. With Bendigo UFS Pharmacies’ support, Grow Cook Share continues to grow as a vibrant, community-led food hub that promotes health, sustainability, and social inclusion across central Victoria.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Bendigo UFS as they provide extensive pharmacy services and are ever responsive to the individualised educational needs of our La Trobe University, pharmacy students.

Their team consistently demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences. From incorporating the latest technological advancements, streamlined prescription management, to personalised advice, their expertise has a significant impact on our student learning. They also continue to support our curriculum development with representation on our pharmacy course advisory committee and have assisted with guest presentations on the delivery of specialised services that are both hands on and engaging. We truly value the collaboration, as Bendigo UFS always goes above and beyond to enhance the quality of the learning experiences we can offer."

I am incredibly impressed with their pharmacy team as they are always responsive and willing to work with students to ensure they receive the necessary opportunities for experiential learning and support. Their staff go above and beyond to assist, and this alignment has significantly improved the experiences students have and consolidates their understanding and interpretation of pharmacy practice in a community pharmacy setting.  It gives me peace of mind knowing that our students will be supported by caring staff and that their academic needs are being met with such dedication."

“We truly value our partnership with BUFS, as it provides a whole range of benefits, for each other, and most importantly, for our clients.

It’s essential to have the support of a like-minded, community-based pharmacy to ensure we can help facilitate a holistic health care journey in Bendigo. We appreciate the care BUFS give to our clients, in particular to those of refugee background and those experiencing homelessness. In turn, we are able to support BUFS staff to understand clients’ journeys, as well as assist with language translations of BUFS resources.”
