As a Bendigo UFS member, you earn 1 point per $1 spent* at any of our five locations. Evey 100 points you earn is rewarded with a $5 voucher to use on your next purchase* or alternatively, donate to one of our Community Partners or local charitable organisations.
Bonus $5 vouches* are also awarded at sign-up, upon renewal and on the members’ birthday.

About Membership

Bendigo UFS is a profit-for-purpose, member-owner organisation that exists to improve community health outcomes. Our members make this possible with 50% of membership income donated to the local community, supporting organisations like Foodshare, who play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of people across the Bendigo region.
In addition, the Bendigo UFS Membership is designed to reward our customers and allow them to receive benefits, whilst being part of supporting their local community.
Members are rewarded with points every time they shop at a Bendigo UFS Pharmacy or Optical. They can then choose how they use their rewards – redeeming for themselves, or donating to our Community Group of the Month.
There are lots of other benefits to being a member! These include unlimited nurse consults, first access to new services, exclusive member-only offers and events, and vouchers every time you renew your membership, and on your birthday!

The cost is $20/year, which covers yourself and any family members who live with you.

Yes! Your partner will be covered under your membership, but can also join separately if they prefer. If they choose to join separately, they will pay the $20 for membership and will then receive their own birthday and membership renewal vouchers each year, along with points for their own purchases.

Membership covers the people living at your address. Family members at a different address will need their own membership.

You can earn points by shopping at any Bendigo UFS Pharmacy or Optical, purchasing eligible products, and letting the team member serving you know that you are a member. The team in store can search your member details at the register. Your updated points balance will print on the receipt.
Eligible products include all products and services that attract a fee, excluding prescription medicines.
Certain other products and services may be excluded from earning points from time to time and will be listed here if applicable. Current exclusions include:

Most services are eligible, but some exclusions may apply, including government subsidised services where there is no cost to you as a patient. Ask in-store if you’re unsure.

Please let us know as soon as possible and bring your receipt. In most cases, our team can add your points afterwards.

You can redeem points when you shop in store at any Bendigo UFS Pharmacy or Optical. Simply ask a team member to search your details. The Bendigo UFS team member will let you know if you have any points available to redeem.
When you reach 100 points, you can choose your reward! The options are:
Redeem your points to receive $5 off your purchase (excluding prescriptions)
Donate your points to our Community Group of the Month. Look for the signage, or ask a team member in-store to find out where your donations will be directed this month.
You must have a current, paid, membership in order to redeem or donate your points.

You can redeem vouchers when you shop in store at any Bendigo UFS Pharmacy. Simply ask a team member to search your details. The Bendigo UFS team member will let you know if you have any vouchers to redeem.
You may redeem your vouchers on any purchase, excluding prescriptions. Vouchers may have a minimum spend that applies for redemption, and can currently only be redeemed at Bendigo UFS Pharmacies (not Optical). Vouchers will also have an expiry date, so make sure you use them before they expire!
You must have a current, paid, membership in order to redeem your vouchers.

You can earn and redeem points at both Pharmacy and Optical. Vouchers can currently only be redeemed in Pharmacy.
Renewals & Payments

You will receive email reminders prior to expiry. Kindly visit your nearest Bendigo UFS location to renew your membership.

Memberships can be paid in-store by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

Yes – you will receive a reminder email - please ensure your email address is up-to-date in our system. Our team in-store can also let you know if your membership is about to expire.

No, memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel, any remaining points or vouchers will also be forfeited.
Community Giving

Our Community Group of the Month changes regularly. Look out for updates in-store, on our website, and on social media. In general, the Community Groups we select to benefit are local, charitable organisations who work to enhance the health and wellbeing of people living in the Bendigo region.

Using Your Membership

Yes! You can earn and redeem points, and receive other benefits, at any Bendigo UFS Pharmacy or Optical. The exception is vouchers, which are currently only redeemable at our Pharmacies.

Ensuring the protection of your data is a top priority at Bendigo UFS. All membership data is processed and stored by Know It All Loyalty Systems. Know It All conforms to all Australian Government protocols regarding data storage and transmission. Some of the ways we protect your data include:
Encrypting all data before transfer
Operating services within Australia only, to limit cyber-attacks from overseas
Ensuring that no data is accessible without a secure token
Conducting regular third-party penetration tests
Using a security committee that reviews security and makes and schedules work recommendations, which are implemented on regular release cycles

Yes. You can update your address, phone number, email, or date of birth in-store at any Bendigo UFS Pharmacy or Optical, or by contacting our membership team on info@bendigoufs.com.au

You may unsubscribe from email and/or SMS communications using the unsubscribe option available at the bottom of each message.
If you wish to completely cancel your Bendigo UFS Membership you can email info@bendigoufs.com.au or speak to a team member in your local Bendigo UFS Pharmacy or Optical. Please note that any rewards points or vouchers remaining on your membership account will be forfeited when you cancel your membership.
Please note that memberships are non-refundable, so cancelling your membership will not entitle you to a whole or partial refund.
