Injection of Medicines

If your doctor has prescribed an injectable medicine, Bendigo UFS offers a safe and convenient service.

In keeping with the National Vaccine Storage Guidelines, we ask that you have the script dispensed at the same pharmacy you are receiving the injection to maintain the integrity of the medication and ensure you are receiving the correct dose as prescribed. Many vaccines are damaged or destroyed at temperatures outside of the range they are kept in our monitored refrigeration units.

Depending on the medication, we may ask for the prescription to be dropped of or emailed to the pharmacy in advance of your appointment to ensure the stock is available for use on the day.
