My passion is working with people, so my job fills my cup in many ways. I feel pride when I see a staff member implement something that I have taught them, knowing I have helped to increase their knowledge and skills. I also really enjoy working with reps to find stock that I feel will sell and increase business for the company.
My role has many facets.
I work with company reps to learn about new products and broker the best deals for us.
Working with store managers to ensure their store has adequate and up to date stock to sell.
Educating staff on Front of Shop lines and how to sell to customers.
Working with upper management to introduce new products and brands.
Entering new products into the database.
Applying price changes to current products.
Making sure we stay competitive in the current pharmacy market.
