Mandy Cooper  – GAICD, CPA, BBus (Acc)

Director

Mandy is an experienced senior executive and former Chief Executive Officer with over 30 years’ working in various sectors including local government, tourism, IT & telecommunications, banking, trustee and investment platforms and mutuals.

More recently she has expanded into a portfolio career combining Board Director roles at Bendigo Brewing and Remembrance Parks Central Victoria with a variety of consulting and short-term contracts in business development, management, governance and finance.

Mandy has a keen interest in giving back to her community that has been her home for over 40 years and holds numerous volunteer roles including Committee of management and Treasurer positions with the Bendigo Youth Choir and the Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre.
