The following food swap table adds in healthy wholefoods to your diet:

SWAP THIS

White sugar, lollies, chocolate, fake sugary syrups and toppings

White breads

White rice

Coffee, tea, energy drinks

Processed meats – ham, salami, sausages

Mashed potatoes

Roll ups, muesli bars, snack foods

 

FOR THIS

Coconut sugar, stevia, rapadura sugar, raw maple syrup, raw honey

Rye and sourdough breads

Brown rice, quinoa and buckwheat

Water, herbal teas, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies

Lean grass fed meats and free range eggs

Make mash from sweet potatoes, celeriac, cauliflower, turnips and swedes.

Fresh fruit with natural yogurt, veggie sticks with hummus or other dip.
