Medicare card holders – access your child’s Immunisation History Statement through your myGov Medicare online account the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.
Non-Medicare card holders – call the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) on 1800 653 809 or visit a Medicare service centre.

Bendigo UFS Pharmacies charge a fee for administration of all vaccinations.
For vaccinations not covered under the immunisation schedule, there will also be an additional charge to cover the cost of the vaccination.
UFS members obtain 10% discount to the fee charged by Bendigo UFS Pharmacies.
Immunisation fees are payable at the time of appointment.
