We ask that you treat our team members with respect at all times when using our services. We have zero tolerance for abusive and violent behaviour toward our team members or other customers. If this occurs, you may be asked to leave temporarily or banned from our stores. 

What is workplace violence?

Workplace violence and aggression occur when an employee is abused, threatened, or assaulted by either a co-worker, employer, manager, customer, or member of the general public.

In essence, the definition of workplace violence extends to any action or behaviour that could lead to an incident that impacts the health and safety of an employee. 

Employees have the right to work in a safe workplace. All customers have the right to visit, or receive health care, in a therapeutic environment free from risks to their personal safety and from any exposure to acts of violence .
