Your prescription, health and wellbeing items can now be home delivered

For added convenience our home delivery service has been extended. The home delivery service supports the ongoing need to protect our staff, customers and the community especially during COVID-19. It also comes with the added comfort of knowing your items are being delivered hygienically and safely.

You simply make your order and we’ll deliver to you within 48 hours for only $8.05* UFS Members or $8.95* non members within 10km of your preferred UFS Pharmacies store.

The app supports you to order prescription medication, organise home delivery and even ensures medication is taken safely and on-time. A once monthly delivery is free for persons who identify as one of the following^;

• Disability or Aged Care Concession Card holders
• Persons isolating themselves at home on the advice of medical practitioner for confirmed or suspected COVID-19
• Aged over 70
• Identify as a Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and are aged over 50
• People with chronic health conditions or who are immunocompromised
• Parents with new babies or people who are pregnant

How the delivery will be made

Deliveries will be made to the requested address when you place the order. For safety reasons, we cannot simply leave your order unattended. If you will not be home you can arrange for an alternative location, additionally, if you prefer to keep the door closed and we know you are home we will place in a safe designated area and our driver will take a photo as proof of delivery.
