The health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and the broader Bendigo community is the reason UFS Pharmacies exist. As a result of the COVID-19 virus pandemic we have had to operate in a different way to ensure we continue to protect our customers and employees. These changes will continue to develop as this situation evolves. The government authorities will continue to make decisions that we will respond to also as quickly as possible.
We are committed to keeping you up to date with information here on our website.
You’ll notice our pharmacies have adapted to the new environment with a range of initiatives designed to keep you and our employees safe which include:
Both customers and employees are asked not come in to our pharmacies if they have symptoms of fever, respiratory illness (cough, shortness of breath, runny nose) or loss of smell, they should call the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 020 080.
The way we provide service to customers has changed and in many ways improved as part of our response to COVID-19.
We have returned to our normal trading hours:
View Street 24 hour Supercare Pharmacy remains as normal including the drive-thru and a Registered Nurse service available from 6pm-10pm, 7 days a week.
Our UFS Optical have reopened from the COVID-19 induced closure. Eye health check appointments are now available by phone on 5441 8077 or online here. Since you visited the Optometrist last and reopening from the COVID-19 closure we do ask that all customers follow direction of the optical team upon entry.
Eden Skin & Body have reopened following the COVID-19 induced closure.
Bookings are now available by phoning on 5443 6997 or online here. Since you visited the salon last, our name has changed, we’ve had a facelift but most of all it’s the same friendly Eden team that can’t wait to get back to doing what they love. With reopening from the COVID-19 closure we do ask that all customers follow direction of the therapists upon entry.
