We live in a time where we all want instant satisfaction and results. However, when it comes to weight loss the healthiest results are not instant– and that is one of the hardest parts of the weight loss journey.
There is no ‘secret’ to weight loss; what goes in (i.e. what we eat) must not exceed what goes out (i.e. the energy our body burns throughout the day).
Forming healthy habits, rather than binge-fad-diets, is more effective for long-term weight management and general health and well-being.
This time of year is perfect to get in to exercise routines before gloomy winter is upon us.
Why not pack your exercise gear and take it to work, then head straight from work to the gym or for a walk – to avoid the exhausted lull that takes over when we get home?
