2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup of whole cocoa powder
230ml can of chilled coconut cream
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of rice syrup
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Then you dump it into your blender or food processor and whizz it up. It will be a bit lumpy for a a minute or so. Keep blending until you have a nice smooth creamy consistency.
Once you have the right consistency, fill up some little teacups or ramekin dishes, and chill the mousse in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Now all that’s left to do is get a spoon, some good company, and enjoy
